What is the warranty on my machine?

All machines come with a parts warranty only from the manufacturer of 12 months or 2000hrs. Hanlec Power solutions is able to extend that on a case by case basis to labour also if it is due to fair wear and tear.

Do you keep filters and common spares for my generator?

We keep filters and some common spares for all units sold. These can be found by follow links in the store or seaching by model number on the website e.g. S8000 or GSW22

Are your sets made in China?

No. Hanlec sources only genuine products. There are however some models in the Pramac range that are assembled in China from the genuine manufacturer's components. We will only ever import these if specifically requested by the customer. Pramac gives these a different Model number to the european sets and we will always inform you if the model is a Chinese one.  

Can I get a discount on my set?
