What happens with refunds and returns?
Refund and Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
We’ll also pay or refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; and we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Hanlec Power Solutions will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Hanlec Power Solutions inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.
Do you deliver?
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
All items are processed for shipping as soon as payment is confirmed. Please allow up to seven business days for shipping, depending on your location. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to arrange suitable lifting equipment at delivery address if the item is too heavy to be unloaded manually.

Do you keep filters and common spares for my generator?
We keep filters and some common spares for all units sold.
These can be found by following the links in the store or searching the brand model number or engine model number on the website, e.g. YH220DTLS or 4TNV88-GGEH.
What is the warranty on my machine?
All new machines come with a Parts Warranty from the manufacturer of 12 months or 2,000 hours.
Hanlec Power Solutions is able to extend warranties on a case by case basis to labour.
Can I get a discount on my set?
We can offer discounts when multiple units are purchased, value add items such as outlets and/or installation of change over switches.
